Today I was able to get up and still get a lot done even with a head cold. I know I had help from above to get it all done. It is nice to know I always have Someone in my corner helping me.

I am grateful for the inspiration I receive when I am trying to pick presents for my family. It's hard to get the right gift that means something special. I am grateful that the Lord provides the Spirit to help me get it right.

Today my children took some tests in school. They all did great. The Spirit confirmed to me that having the kids school from home was the right decision. I am so grateful I can stay home with them and help them.

I was able to watch my oldest get her first job in our church. It was such a wonderful experience to watch her accept an assignment from the Lord. Such a great day!

Today I was able to buy one of our children's Christmas presents with some reward money given to us by our grocery store. I had forgotten about the promotion that they were doing and it came as a wonderful surprise to be able to purchase her presents for far less than I was expecting. What a tender mercy.

Rj was able to come home early. We got a lot of errands out of the way. I am so grateful the Lord blessed RJ with such a great job and one we can depend on. Also, one that is good to him and respects him.

The Lord blessed us with a wonderful Thanksgiving. It was full of love and family. I am so grateful for all the wonderful blessings the Lord blesses me with everyday. I have so much to be grateful for and I hope I show my gratitude to those I love enough.

Today I had a great time teaching my daughter an old family recipe. I felt a connection with my daughter and those past who have made this recipe every Thanksgiving. I am grateful the Lord has blessed me with a heritage I can pass on to my children.

Today I am grateful we live in a day of miracles. My daughter broke her glasses and we ordered new ones. They said it would take 5-7 days, maybe longer because of the holiday. I told my daughter to pray and have faith. Her glasses came today. Only 3 days after ordering them. What a wonderful testimony builder for her and a faith builder. It touched my heart that our Father would be just as concerned about a broken pair of glasses as my little girl. God is good.

Today I was able to go shopping with my grandmother. She is the sweetest little lady and I am so grateful for her. We had a blast shopping and picking out things for Christmas. I am so grateful I was able to go and be with her today. It was fun.

I was able to find a book that I was looking for that my oldest needs to get an award. I looked in a place for it and then looked all over the house and was prompted to look in the place I tried the first time. I found it there. I was so grateful for the Spirit's guidance.

The Lord blessed us with someone who could save us a lot of money on a new water heater. The Lord also blessed me with a husband that is handy and could change our water heater himself. What a great blessing and money saver.

I was able to catch up on some sleep. It was wonderful. I am so grateful the Lord let everything fall into place that I was able to sleep for a few hours when my body needed it.

Today I was able to go out and have a very much needed girls night out with my mom. We had a great time. I am so grateful the Lord blessed me with a wonderful mother. She is the best.

Today I was able to relax and be at peace again. I have been so stressed lately. I was able to breathe and let things go and be good again. It's nice to have my life balanced again. I am so grateful the Lord has been sending me little promptings of how to be able to relax again. My family has also been wonderful. The Lord has blessed me with a truly great family.

I felt a prompting to go to a certain store which I don't normally go to. At this store I found some shirts for RJ at a really good deal. He needs new shirts. He goes through them quickly. I was very grateful for the guidance that I didn't even know I was looking for at that time.

Today I was able to work through some issues I have been having. The Lord has helped me to accomplish a lot this weekend even though it has been very hard for me. Sometimes I can have small anxiety attacks. I have been able to push through them and do the things required of me. The Lord has carried me through it. I am very grateful.

We sold a fireplace today which we have been trying to sell for a long time. My father was able to complete the transaction with the gentleman since we had to be somewhere. I am so grateful the Lord made it possible for us to get it all done.

The kids got all caught up with school. I am so grateful the Lord helped us all get the work done so the kids could enjoy the weekend.

Today we were able to sell our old vehicle. I know that the Lord's hand was in it. I hope our suburban will be as good to them as it was to us. We received it when we needed it and I know that the Lord is answering someone else's prayer with it again.

Today I celebrate my oldest. She has been such a blessing in my life. She is my right arm during the day and a joy to have in our family. She is sweet and strong minded. She has a beautiful spirit and an awesome fashion sense. She is wonderful and I thank the Lord He sent this angel to our home. Happy Birthday sweetie!

Today I was able to babysit my niece. She lives further away so I don't get to do that often. It was fun to have her here. I am so grateful for the opportunity. I am grateful the Lord has given me the chance to be close with my nieces and nephews that I have contact with. It is a wonderful blessing to be Aunt Heather.

Today we had our Family Home Evening lesson on why we celebrate Thanksgiving. The first Monday of November we talk about what we are grateful for and decorate turkeys to put in our window along with leaves that have specific things written on them that each child is grateful for. It was a wonderful lesson and I felt the Spirit strongly testify about how blessed we are and how much love we have for each other. It was a good time.

Today I felt the Spirit prompt me to bear my testimony during sacrament meeting. I learned a lesson from a childhood experience that came to me right then and so I got up and shared. I felt good about it and I hope it touched somebody. I am grateful for the learning experiences we have.

I was able to get my run in. Today was super busy. I had given up on my run and was very sad about it. I got one project done and a strong prompting came to drop things and do it right then. So I laced up my shoes and ran. I am so grateful I listened or I would not have gotten it done, even after things slowed down tonight.

I was prompted to have my brother and sister-in-law over to play. I am grateful I listened. The kids loved playing with them and it was a good time for all.

Today I was able to get some things mailed I wanted to. I am grateful I was able to ship these things as I feel they will bring joy to the recipients. I was able to find the exact right boxes and everything worked out perfect. When that happens I know the Lord is helping.

I didn't loose my temper and get upset when something went wrong with something I was doing. It involved a lot of running around. I would normally loose my cool and get upset. I felt peace. The Lord blessed me with immediate peace that everything would work out. I am so grateful for that feeling.
