Today I am so grateful for modern medicine and those who practice it. The Lord has blessed us with a great neighbor and friend who is a nurse. He is always happy to help when someone is in need. Yesterday my little 3 year old got her finger slammed in a door and it was swelling and making me nervous today. Our friend came over right after we called to check it for us and told us what to do to help our little girl. He was so great with her. Also, my dad is a trained first responder. When I called my mom my dad immediately left church to come and help RJ relieve the pressure in her finger. He had all his gear in the trunk of his car and could come right over. The Lord blessed me today with two great men who used their medical knowledge to help my family.
