The first General Women's Meeting of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was today. It was amazing! I loved all the talks. I am also happy I got to take my oldest daughter as it is now for all Sisters age 8 and above. It was a lot of fun to sit with her and to sing the hymns of Zion with her next to me. I also sat with my mom, mom-in-law and sister-in-law. I thought we were a good looking bench. I am so grateful for the organization of the church that such a meeting was possible. I felt the spirit very strong and I know what was spoken was true. If you weren't there you should look it up on LDS.org. You will be happy you did!
