Today I was able to help my husband finish cleaning up the basement. One of our dogs was sick all over the carpets downstairs last week while we were gone. We got up what we had to when we got back but we still had tack strips and things on the floor that I was afraid the kids would be injured on so they haven't been allowed in the basement. Tonight we finished getting it all cleaned up and vacuumed. Now it is ready for the new floor. I am so grateful the Lord blessed us with flooring being on sale right when we needed it so we could get some. It took a load off our minds. I am also grateful for the energy He gave me to help. If you have been following my blog then you know that my health hasn't been 💯 the last few months. Helping get things cleaned up was a huge boost for me.
