Today I was able to make it all the way through a workout I haven't done in years. This may seem small to you and you're wondering how God's hand comes into it but I prayed hard this morning that my body would be able to handle it and the Lord helped me, I know it. He will help any righteous desire and wanting better health is, in my mind, a good desire.
