Day 241 of 2014

I collect nativities and I love them. I keep them out all year long. I have shelves full of different types and styles. I love them. It helps remind me of Christ daily and that we need to keep His innocence in our thoughts daily. Today there was a yard sale near our house and it was a fundraiser. I honestly was not going to go because I didn't want to drag my kids and have to deal with them while I looked when we had no money to spend. My mom wanted to go and I got a little nudge from the spirit not to fight her on it. We were one of the first ones there and right off I see a lawn nativity (which I have wanted for years) in its box. RJ sends me a text while we are sitting in front of the house that his check is far more then we thought it would be because they did not have to take out insurance on this check. I asked the owner how much and she told me a price far lower than I had even dreamed of. I was so excited and gave her more than she asked. I also found a rocking chair just like one that my best friend had growing up for a good price and the cutest little doll high chair for the girls to play with. I feel so blessed that the Lord nudged me to go to this yard sale and provided the funds that I could not only help a family in need but also to find some precious things He knew I would love. I am so grateful for His knowing Hand in my life and for caring, right down to a lawn decoration.

God Loves You!

Heather
