Today I have been impressed with some ideas for a talk I am writing. I am very grateful for the little lights of inspiration that keep going off in my mind. This is going to be a fun journey. The Lord really does have His hand in what He wants said in a church service. He is always willing to guide a willing listener.

Today I was able to spend a lot of time with my niece, who I have helped raise. She is a lot of fun and I am grateful for the good conversation we had and the time we had to bond. The Lord has blessed my life with her and I know that we both have helped to shape the other. She is a sweet girl.

Today the Lord answered the petition of my family. My brothers surgery went well and he is at home recovering. We joined in fasting and prayer for him. I am grateful that he is well and the Lord blessed him.

Today we got our car back! My dad is my hero. He has worked so hard on it. I am so grateful for the strength the Lord gave him to get it fixed. I love my car and I love my dad. The Lord is wonderful.

Today I am very grateful for the motivation the Lord has given me to be healthy. I am going on week 3 of being a healthier person. I know I could not have made it this far without the Lord's help. I hope this will be a lasting change. I can do it with the Lord.

Today has been more of a challenge but I have felt the importance of what I am doing as a mother and teacher. I know I have made the right decision with my life, even when the kids drive me crazy. The Lord quietly whispers that to me (Not that I am crazy but that I am where I need to be). Also, we had a plumbing issue that turned out to be just eggshells and not something serious. The Lord watches over His children and sometimes even their plumbing.

I am always grateful for the days when my children get their head in the game and do all their work quickly. I know this is helped by the Lord. He knows I need some sanity sometimes. Also, my oldest had her checkpoints and she has improved so much from the beginning of the year. I am very blessed.

I love the sabbath. I love going to church. I love the feelings of love and peace I always get when I am at church. The Lord has blessed me with a church building close to my house. I can go every Sunday. What a comfort that is to me.

Today I got to spend some time with my family and a lot of elk. I love nature. The Lord has blessed us with so many beautiful things to look at. We also saw a little owl in a tree that was so cute! I love this earth and all the things we have been blessed with on and in it.

Today I was given peace concerning many problems we are facing as a family. I am very grateful for the peace and comfort the Lord freely gives me.

Today my dad found a new doctor that is going to try new tests and not just give him pills and send him home. I am so grateful the Lord is looking out for my dad and we have hope now of finding what's wrong. I want him to stick around as long as possible.

Today my dads surgery went well and he seemed in good spirits. He talked with me for a few hours, which doesn't happen often (especially not lately). I really enjoyed listening to him. I had things that needed to be done but I just got a strong impression that it was more important to sit and listen and talk with my dad. I am so grateful I listen to the promoting. I love my dad.

Today I was able to get a lot done. I had clearness of thought to do some tasks I keep forgetting to do and I had motivation to get them done. I am so grateful for the energy and clear mind the Lord granted me today.

Today I was able to exercise again after my fall. This is a miracle to me in two ways. First, that I didn't break my neck or back (which I really should have the way I fell) and become handicapped for life and not be able to exercise again. Second, that I healed so quickly that only a week after my fall I was back to full mobility and could run again. I know the Lord has blessed me with protection and healing throughout all this. I am so grateful for my body and all it can do. In a moment I could have had that taken from me. I am so very blessed I did not and I can still be active.

Today I was prompted to make cookies and take them to my brothers for dinner. I was just going to make them for our family and freeze the other ones but I felt I should take them with us. Turns out they had forgotten dessert and was worried about it. The Lord provides for His children. Even those with a sweet tooth.

Today our daughter was saved from choking because of fast action from my husband. I am so grateful he was here and knew what to do. The Lord blessed him with the skills and also blessed my daughter that someone was near to help her.

Today I was able to relax and have some fun with some family. I love having dinner with our Mimi and visiting with her. Her house is so inviting and friendly. I love my cousin and his girlfriend. They are so much fun. The Lord blessed me with a night full of laughter and love.

Today I got a lot done. I am so grateful that the Lord gave me the strength and the stamina in my wrist to do it. My blessing has truly come to pass and I am mending very well. I am getting stronger everyday. The Lord loves His people, even me.

Today I was able to do more than I have all week. I am mending and I know it is because of a blessing I was given Saturday after the fall. I don't know that I am necessarily deserving of it but I am very grateful for the love from my Father.

Today I am very grateful for the support of all my family. With my wrist not working 100% my family has been great. I have my children constantly asking if they can do something for me and my husband has been wonderful. The Lord has blessed me with so much love and support.

Today I was able to rest. My body really needed it. I am so grateful for the Lord giving me such a wonderful family that helps me when I am down. Life is better with those you love.

Today my husband took care of me.  After my failed attempt of a new way to descend stairs last night I've been very sore.  My husband has been doing a good job of keeping up with the kids and getting ready for our family dinner tonight. The Lord blessed me with a good man.

Today I am very grateful that I got to go the temple.  It was a great experience.  I'm also grateful that when I decided to go down the stairs face-first it didn't send me to the hospital.  I know the Lord was protecting me.

Today I was listening to a conference talk by Pres. Uchdorf. In this talk he asks if we are happy and has us really look deep inside to see if we are truly happy. I looked and looked and I am. I can honestly say I am truly happy. The Spirit confirmed to me that what I was feeling was genuine and that the Lord loves me. I was very grateful for the quick, gentle reminder.

Today I was interviewed about my religion and I am so grateful for the Spirit and the knowledge I have of the things I know to be true. I could answer all the questions honestly and with good conscience. A testimony is a wonderful thing to have and I am so grateful the Lord has helped mine to grow.

Today I was blessed with knowledge to let my body rest. I have been pushing it kinda hard to get healthy but some days you need to let it catch up with all your enthusiasm. The Lord always needs to be the one to tell me because I am kind of dense and stubborn. I always benefit when I listen to the Spirit and let my body rest for a moment. I'm not giving up, just being smart.

I am grateful for pictures and the moments they capture. I love that the Lord inspired someone to come up with the idea of having a memory be physically stored on paper. RJ's mother let me borrow some more family pictures to scan and to put on our computer. I love the feelings that come from these little pieces of paper. This is my favorite part of family history.

Today I was prompted on what to teach for FHE (Family Home Evening). I love to teach about our royal heritage and how we come from a King. The Lord filled my mouth with what to say and activities. We had a good time and I believe the kids felt how special they are.

Today I was promoted as to how to help my new little class of 3 year olds listen to the lesson. The Spirit was with me all through class, which I am very grateful for. The Lord loves little children.

Today I was almost panicked looking for a home video I knew we had. I couldn't find it anywhere. I spent most of the day tearing the house apart looking for it. I prayed and prayed. I knew the Lord knew where it was. He inspired my husband to where it was. I was so relieved and grateful. I know He answers prayers.

First day with new beginnings. I love new beginnings. Life is full of chances to improve. I know the Lord will help all of us with any worthy goals we have. On this first day the Lord blessed me with a wonderful day of family. I saw family from both sides and I again am so grateful for the wonderful eternal relationships I have and for the love I receive. I am so blessed.
